I was born and raised in West LA, and have seen the real estate market change many times over the years. I began my real estate career in 2004 by flipping small properties, and grew to managing the construction of multi-million dollar new homes across the westside. I became a real estate agent in 2016 to buy and sell my own projects, and then branched out to representing clients in their search for a new home and to sell their homes. Because I know the real estate market from both the side of a developer and an agent, I have a wealth of knowledge about market conditions and what it takes to sell a home or be chosen as the perfect buyer. I enjoy the hunt for the perfect property and I make the process of buying or selling a home easy and transparent for my clients. In the early stages Dave offered solid advice for performing repairs and preparing to show the properties; we then worked together to figure out a smart pricing and negotiation strategy that resulted in a lot of offers and a great winning bid; and during escrow Dave went above and beyond to resolve a number of thorny emergent issues to ensure that we closed smoothly. Personally, he's relaxed and easy to work with (but stays on top of communications and is very responsive), and clearly someone with a lot of integrity who takes pride in doing a good job. As first time home owners we knew next to nothing going into this process and thank goodness for Dave Frank! Dave knows a LOT about houses and how they are built. Even on our initial viewing he was practically under the house checking out the crawl space. He is a hands on agent with a vast experience in construction that really helped us to visualize the full potential of what our new home could be.
